Grand Prize:
- Winner and one guest will enjoy two seats at Super Bowl XLIX (University of Phoenix Stadium, Glendale, AZ, Sunday, February 1, 2015, 6:30 PM ET)
- Winner will receive 2 tickets to attend the NFL Experience (January 31, 2015)
- Winner and guest will receive 4 nights hotel accommodations in Old Town Scottsdale (January 29, 2015 - February 1, 2015, single room, double occupancy)
- Winner and guest will receive roundtrip coach airfare to Phoenix, AZ (if needed, if used, up to $3,000 total maximum)
- Winner will receive a $500 allowance for ground transportation, meals, and other out of pocket expenses
- Winner will receive an autographed Vince Wilfork jersey and photo
- Winner will receive 5 general admission tickets to Vince Wilfork Foundation Draft Night Fundraiser
- Winner will be awarded a cash prize in the amount of $3,325.00 to mitigate the winner's tax liability that results from winning the raffle. This prize is withheld and paid, on behalf of the winner, directly to the Internal Revenue Service ($2,800.00) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ($525.00). CFC reserves the right to adjust the value of this prize item depending on the actual value of prizes received.
Proceeds Benefit: The Vince Wilfork Foundation
The specific aim and tasks of the VWF are to support diabetes research, to support educational and informational activities to increase awareness of causes of diabetes and to support organizations that care for those with diabetes. The overall purpose of the VWF is to be a source of support for any and all non-profit organizations and to serve or advocate for disadvantaged children.
While this experience of a lifetime is priceless, the fair market value of the tangible prizes (e.g., as applicable in any given raffle, hotel, travel, meals, tickets, taxes, etc.) is $10,000. Also, Winner will be notified and does not need to be present at the drawing to Win.
